CW Decoder - Morse Code Decryptor

I've been thinking for a while about building CW Decoder. I found Francesco's circuit ik3oil on internet. I've seen too many positive feedbacks about circuit and decided to make one of for myself. Total building time is 3-4 days after purchase parts, etching board, assembly and testing. You can find schematics, pcb board layout, part list on attached photos.

Also you may find detailed construction information about circuit ik3oil web site. There are too many people build this circuit but mine has a problem with displaying information on LCD. I changed 82 pf capacitors at christal legs with 39 pf. After that I was able to use LCD. You can use below schematics for LCD connection. The circuit is using 47k pot for locking signal, you may use 20k pot instead.

I attached speaker, volume pot and also ear phone socket to the circuit. When I plug the earphone, system will cut external speaker signal and you can easily hear signals from earphone not disturbing environment.

I have Yaesu FRG-7 (AKA frog7) I want to use this circuit with my Short Ware receiver. And also I want to build digital frequency meter for this device as a second project.
